What kind of wax do you use?
Our choice of wax is made by Brow Code. The reason we prefer this over any other wax is it is so gentle yet very effective. All our clients comment on how gentle the wax feels on the skin.

Do you wax men?
Absolutely. All genders are welcome at Enchanted!

Do you do body waxing?
No, we only offer facial waxing. For hair removal on the body, we recommend our IPL services. Learn more about IPL here.

When it comes to perfectly groomed brows, there’s no substitute for a natural-looking tint to complete your look. We offer 3 signature tint styles to enhance and define your brows.

Hybrid Tint is suitable for warmer-toned clients and will stain the skin for 7 days and maintain brow colour for 4 weeks

Traditional Tint is perfect if you’re new to brow tinting. Colours can be blended to suit cooler-toned clients with the skin staining for a few days and the brows maintaining colour for 2 weeks.

What is hybrid tint?
A hybrid tint is a dye that will stain the skin for up to 7 days and the hair for up to 4 weeks. These colours are suitable for warmer-toned clients.

What is traditional tint?
The traditional tint will stain the skin for a few days and the hair for approximately 2 weeks. The colours can be mixed to suit cooler-toned clients. We recommend this as your first service if you haven't had a brow styling treatment with us before.

*Please ensure you book a patch test a minimum of 24 hours prior to your first lash lift or brow lamination treatment. This is necessary to ensure the products are suitable for your delicate eye area.

Lash Lift & Tint is a treatment designed to curl your lash upwards and tint the lashes picking up the lighter hairs and creating a more open and fuller look to your lashes.

Please attend you appointment free from any eye make up.

We also ask that you discontinue use of waterproof mascara 2 days prior to treatment.

LASH LIFT SUITABILITY

• Claustrophobia - You will be required to close your eyes for around 45 minutes
• Contact lenses – ensure removal before procedure
• Eye Infections/Disorders
• Recent eye surgery
• Allergy to product - You have had a history of previous allergic reactions to lash lifting. If you’re allergic to eyelash extensions you still might be able to do a lash lift.
• Ultra-Sensitive Skin - Not suitable for treatment
• Hay fever sufferers - Not suitable for treatment as you won't be able to rub your eyes for 24/48 hours. If your eyes are irritated they may be prone to watering and this will hinder the process and I won't be able to perform the lash lift
• Watery eyes - Not suitable for treatment as the watery eyes will hinder the process and can cause the product to go in your eyes
• Unable to tolerate people working closely with your eyes - A lash lift requires me to work very closely with your eyes. If you have a tendency to not like people going near or touching your eyelids then this would be a factor and you won't be able to go ahead with the lash lift.
• Conjunctivitis - Not suitable for treatment
• Your eyes are inflamed, have a stye or are infected - Your eye area needs to be completely healthy for any treatments to be safely applied.
• Using prescribed medicated eye drops- Not suitable for treatment
• Some medications - You are on hormonal medication. For example roaccutane, thyroid medication. These types of medications make it hard to predict how effective the lash lifting solution will be. It isn't recommend during this period to avoid disappointment
• Recent Laser Eye surgery - In the previous six weeks. Within this period, your eyes are still in the healing process, and any additional eye treatment can cause irritation.

Contraindications & Special Care – Requires A GP Referral

• Dry Eye Syndrome
• Post Chemotherapy
• Glaucoma
