Salon Etiquette
Each and every appointment you book, that time is set aside exclusively for you. Our full attention is dedicated to each client for the entire duration of their time with us.
If you would like a treatment with little to no talking, we are always happy to oblige your requests.
Please inform your therapist if you would like a particular style of music played or if the room needs be warmer or cooler. If massage pressure is too firm or too soft, please inform your therapist.
Your treatment time should be spent just how you would like, and we want you to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
Membership FAQs & T&Cs
What is a Membership?
An Enchanted membership is an ongoing monthly value package offered by the Enchanted Membership Club. These memberships offer access to discounted professional monthly clinic treatments and reward monthly customer loyalty.
How do I sign Up For A Membership?
It’s easy! You can sign up for a membership in salon or give us a call to arrange.
How do I pay for my membership?
A membership is paid for via direct debit via our payment merchant Payleadr.
When does my membership start?
Your membership starts on the date you request your first payment to be captured. Treatments start 1 (one) month from that date.
Are there any restrictions on when I can attend the clinic?
No, we’d love you to visit anytime. We do recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred times and days as we can not guarantee availability with short notice.
Which products do the 10% off in the Skin Membership relate to?
Products are all retail products sold in salon and our online shop.
Can my membership be put on hold?
No, sorry! We can’t currently put memberships on hold.
Can my membership be used by my friends and family?
No, the membership is for your use only.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
We send reminder emails & SMS confirmations for all appointments. If you can’t make your appointment you can reschedule within 24 hours. If you forget to reschedule or miss your appointment you will forfeit your monthly treatment.
Can I transfer my membership to another person?
Currently you cannot transfer your membership to any other person or allow any other person to use part of your membership at any time.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. We will calculate the full price of the services that you have received and settle the account based on the full price of the services and products you have received to date.
Member refers to the holder of any active ongoing package offered by Enchanted Membership Club.
You or your is a reference to the member whose name the Enchanted Membership package is held in.
Failure to utilise Your membership benefits will not accrue in-salon credit or an entitlement to reimbursement for Membership Fees paid.
Membership refers to the commitment of an individual to pay for a selection of services offered by the Enchanted Membership Club within an agreed duration of time.
Appointments and bookings are an agreed time and date between both the membership holder and Enchanted Membership Club at which the requested service will be delivered.
Products are any retail items in the salon & our online shop.
Your Enchanted Club Membership term commences on the date you purchase your membership and continues strictly for the number of months that you have purchased your membership.
Your membership cannot be put on hold for any reason.
You cannot transfer your membership to any other person or allow any other person to use part of your membership at any time.
If you wish to cancel your membership you must pay Enchanted Skin & Beauty for the full price of the treatments& products, you have had to date and you authorize Enchanted Skin & Beauty to debit any such amount from your method of payment.
While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your desired booking time we cannot and do not guarantee that booking time will be available unless it is booked in advance.
We send reminder emails & SMS confirmations for all appointments. If you can’t make your appointment you can reschedule within 24 hours. If you forget to reschedule ormiss your appointment you will forfeit your monthly treatment.
All payments will be debited via your method of payment as stated in your sign up agreement.
Monthly means 4 weeks.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account or credit on your credit card to allow monthly debit payments to be made.
Please note that extra services will require an extra fee.
You agree to pay Your Membership Fees on either:
the Commencement Date in full;
or in Instalments by direct debit for the duration of the Fixed Term.
By completing the Membership Application Form, You authorise Us (or a third party nominated by Us) to debit all Membership Fees from the nominated account or credit card in the Instalments in advance.
You agree that it is Your responsibility to have sufficient credit in the nominated accounts so that payment is made to us on time and in full.
(d) We accept no liability to You if Your direct debit payment fails for any reason, including due to insufficient funds and any penalties You may incur from your financial institution due to insufficient funds or credit.
(e) We reserve the right to terminate Your Membership (in our absolute discretion) for non-payment if Your direct debit fails on more than one occasion.
Changes to Membership Terms and Fees
(a) We reserve the right to change these Membership Terms and Conditions and the Membership Fees from time to time.
(b) We may only change Your Membership Fees at the expiry/renewal of Your Membership, and We will provide you with fourteen (14) days written notice (by email or text message) of the change in Membership Fees.
(c) We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that we give You at least thirty (30) days written notice (by email or text message) before any proposed changes take effect.
(d) If You do not wish to accept the proposed changes You may cancel Your Membership without penalty if You notify us in writing within eighteen (18) days of receiving Our notice.
Phone Policy
Please switch your phone off or turn on to silent mode when you arrive for your relaxation treatment so you can relax and enjoy your experience with no interruptions or distractions.
We do understand this is not always possible. Please note that in the event of you taking a call during your treatment time, this may prevent us from being able to perform your treatment to the full extent.
As we do run strictly by appointment, we may not be able to extend your treatment time to accommodate interruptions.
Payments
Some of our payments are operated through an online and automated billing system (Online Payment). Online Payments may be managed by us or by an external third party provider of our choice, such as Stripe, ZipPay, AfterPay,Payleadr,Square, PayPa, Timely or other nominated provider (Third Party Provider).
You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for your use of Third-Party Providers and that all Third-Party Providers have their own terms and conditions of use that are independent of these Terms. You may be required to create an account and pay administrative fees as a part of your contract with a Third-Party Provider to make Online Payments on our Site.
You acknowledge and agree that where your payments are made via Online Payment:
You agree to ensure sufficient funds are available in your nominated account to meet any account withdrawals made by us on the scheduled due dates for payment.
If payment is defaulted or not received, you authorise us or to debit any outstanding funds from your nominated account without need for notification at a future date.
Where another agent or enterprise is debiting funds on our behalf pursuant to an arrangement to do so, you also affirm the same rights and undertakings explained in these Terms to them.
In circumstances where we or our Third-Party Provider invoices you for payment, payment is due and payable by the payment date noted on the invoice.
Failure to make payment by the payment date may lead to suspension of use of our product and services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any product or service, at our discretion, if payment is defaulted or not received in any way.
Safety
In the interest of safety we do ask that you attend your appointment alone.
We understand this can impose inconvenience to you in terms of childcare.
Unfortunately during most treatments you will not be able to care for little ones.
Keeping in mind there is hot wax, chemicals and machinery that can pose risks to little ones unattended.
Special Health Considerations and Your Privacy
In the event that your therapist is unwell, we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible if we need to cancel your appointment.
In order to protect all our staff and other guests, if you are unwell or have cold or flu symptoms you may be refused treatment. If you are contagious, please be considerate of others and stay at home.
You will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form prior to your treatment.
This form helps us to determine the best possible treatment for your individual needs. Some pre-existing conditions may prevent you from having a specific treatment or we may have to adjust your treatment to ensure your well-being. Please answer this form honestly and accurately.
Guests with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant or with any other health conditions are advised to consult their doctor prior to seeking spa services.
At time of booking, please inform us of your medical conditions including pregnancy, as some services may not be suitable.
Skin Care Policy for Advanced Treatments
When embarking on an advanced treatment program – such as IPL skin revision, chemical peels & skin needling. Our salon policy does require you to be using active skin care and post treatment kits.
Active skin care prepares your skin for the treatments ahead, this will help eliminate any adverse reactions and ensure your achieved outcome is maintained.
Post treatment kits and products will also ensure your skin is given the care and nourishment it needs post treatment. Please see our treatment info sheets here.
On this basis we will not begin advanced skin treatments without the appropriate skin care use.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment.
Booking & Cancellations
All Prices include GST and are subject to variation without notice.
Treatment bookings are not confirmed until we have received the booking deposit.
Deposit amounts are 50% of the treatment value.
Deposits can be paid online when booking with a credit/debit card or a gift voucher.
In the salon with cash, card, gift voucher, Zippay and Afterpay.
If calling to make a booking, please have your voucher, debit, or credit card handy to make payment over the phone.
Bookings without a deposit paid are not held until the deposit is received.
When your booking is made, you will receive an email confirming the date, time and treatment booked. You can reschedule online through this email up to 24 hours prior to your treatment time.
You will receive a second email 72 hours out from your booking as a reminder it is coming up.
48 hours prior to your booking, you will receive a confirmation text.
We require confirmation no later than 24 hours prior to your booking. By clicking the link in your text message. No Confirmation is treated as a late cancellation.
Unconfirmed bookings are automatically cancelled 24 hours prior.
The cancellation fee within 24 hours of the booking is 50% of the treatment cost.
The no-show fee is 100% of the treatment cost.
Cancellation fees are payable at the time of cancellation. If we receive no contact from you, the fee will be emailed to you and added to your account/deducted from prepaid packages/redeemed from your gift voucher/charged to your card on file/redeemed from any store credits.
No further bookings will be accepted until the balance has been paid in full.
If you no show or cancel late and wish to book again, you will be required to prepay your treatment in full at the time of booking.
If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours of a no-show, any future treatments will be cancelled.
3 late cancellations or no-shows – we reserve the right to refuse service on this basis.
All deposits paid will be deducted from your treatment price at checkout in the salon.
If your contact details need to be updated this can be done anytime by calling the salon or sending us a text with the new updates on 0413 164 942.
Deposits paid and not redeemed (in the case of rescheduling or cancelling your treatment in line with our policies) will revert to a credit on your account with us. Any credits can be used when paying the balance of your subsequent treatment in the salon.
You may also keep your deposit as a credit on file for future treatments, although you may request to use this at any time.
If you are booking as a treat for a friend or family member and would like this to be a surprise, please get in contact with us and we will assist you with this.
If you are planning to pay for the treatment for them, we do ask that you contact us 24 hours prior to arrange this to avoid any confusion on the day.
Please ensure they arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill in the consultation form and ensure you have alerted us to any known allergies.
Sending someone in lieu of your appointment.
- If this is for a treatment that does not require a skin consultation or patch test of any kind, we are happy to go ahead with the treatment on your friend or family member.
- Advanced treatments – this will not be accepted, and our cancellation policy applies.
- We do request they check our website for any potential allergy alerts or contraindications. Notice of change will need to be given as we often prepare for our regulars ahead of time and a consultation form will need to be filled out on the day by the person attending.
- Please send through their contact details and inform them to arrive 5-10 minutes early.
- If you are booking as a treat for a friend or family member and would like this to be a surprise, please get in contact with us and we will assist you with this.
- If you are planning to pay for the treatment for them, we do ask that you contact us 24 hours prior to do so to avoid any confusion on the day.
- Please ensure they arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill in the consultation form and ensure you have alerted us to any known allergies
Refund Policy
We have a no refund policy on purchase of our products or services in the event you change your mind.
Treatments are not transferable to other individuals, either when purchased individually or when multiple treatments are prepaid.
Refunds will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law
In this event, the refund will be given via the method you originally used to pay.
Pre-Paid Packages
- Pre-paid packages are valid for 3 years.
- They are not transferable to another service or person.
- These are heavily discounted services in the packages.
- When you pay for 7 and receive 10 (among our many other discounted packages)
- If you choose to cease the treatments a salon credit will be provided on the following basis.
- The full treatment price will be deducted from what you paid.
- If you paid for 7 and receive 10 in the package and use 5 of the treatments then wish to cease this treatment.
- We will then deduct the 5 treatments at full price from what you have paid and credit you the remaining balance.
- This method is applied to all prepaid packages.
Late Arrivals
We ask that you attend your appointment on time or 5 minutes early please.
This allows us to reduce the number of clients in the salon at any one time.
If you are running 10 or more minutes late chances are we may not be able to go ahead with your scheduled treatment or you may need to forgo part of it.
Please call ahead if this likely to happen. If we do have time available we are more than happy to accommodate you.
Please note the cancellation policy does apply when running late if we are unable to accommodate due to other bookings.
Right to Refuse Service
For the safety, comfort and satisfaction of all clients and staff, and in the interest of health and safety, Enchanted Skin & Beauty reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
When making a booking or purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
Treatment & Product Suitability
Some of the products and treatments are not suitable for everyone, please take note of any exclusions you may fall into in regards to these.
If you are unsure as to the suitability of any product or treatment please get in contact to have a chat about this.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are available for purchase with the following conditions:
- Gift Vouchers can only be purchased in Australian dollars
- Gift Vouchers are non-transferable.
- Your recipient does not need to use up the entire original value of the voucher in a single purchase.
- Remaining values on vouchers may be used on subsequent purchases.
- Value of a Gift Voucher can be between $10 and $999 AUD
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
- Gift vouchers offered with promotional value are not redeemable against other promotions or for the purchase of products.
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in our online store.
- We do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers.
- As pricing is updated (due to various cost increases) vouchers for particular treatments may no longer cover the full cost of that treatment and will require a gap payment on the day of the appointment.
- Please see out treatment pricing for the most up to date costs.
- Vouchers with promotional value added are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Enchanted Promotions & Giveaways
Promos cannot be cross redeemed
- When a product is part of a promotion this is strictly while stocks last, and no rainchecks will be given.
- Promotional treatments cannot be purchased with gift vouchers that have promotional value added to them.
- Promos can not be redeemed with any other discount.
- This includes via our online shop.We reserve the right to end promotions prior to the date advertised.
- Giveaways listed on any of our social media are not associated or affiliated with that social media platform.
- Giveaways can not be exchanged for any other product or treatment.
- They can not be transferred to another person.
- Photo ID must be presented at redemption of give away.
- Give away treatments and vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date drawn
- Give away products must be picked up within 1 month from the date drawn (postage can be arrange for a fee).
